Made from dark chocolate filled with pure Vermont maple cream, these truffles are absolutely delicious! They're made by April's Maple using their very own maple syrup, whose family has owned and operated a sugarbush for generations on the same 800 acres deep in the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont.
Note: this maple cream does not contain dairy - it is pure maple syrup that has been heated to a high temperature and stirred until creamy. Add it to the list of the miracles of maple!
